Let me introduce myself:
Hi, my name is Michelle Hale. I have always adored animals and I continue to be fascinated by their individual personalities and behaviours. That is why managing Paws About is such a great job. I believe in creating a bond with each pet in my care and see them all as extended family. I have a degree in Psychology (including animal behaviour) and I have been a member of a dog obedience and agility team. I have had many years of experience walking and caring for dogs and other domestic pets.
Paws About is based in West Derby (Liverpool) and covers neighbouring areas such as Croxteth, Tuebrook, Norris Green, Dovecot etc
We aim to provide a service to match your needs and offer a free no obligation consultation to discuss your requirements.Dog Walking
The majority of walks will be enjoyed in the beautiful grounds of Croxteth Country Park. There are also speciality beach walks and woodland trecks. Dogs can be walked on or off lead and will be picked up and dropped off as required. Walks generally take place (Monday - Friday) between the hours of 9am and 3pm but other times may be available upon request.
The Group Walk A great chance to help socialise your dog with other dogs. They will be able to play, make friends, have fun and burn off lots of energy. (Usually 1 hour)
The Individual Walk This is done on a 1:1 and would suit dogs who enjoy individual attention. (Half hour or 1 hour)
Dog Sitting (From your home)
Many people prefer not to place their dogs in kennels. The dog will be taken on at least two walks and given plenty of love and cuddles. We can give preferred food and medication as required.
Cat Visits
Generally cats like to stay in the security of their home environment. We will visit your cat, provide company, prepare food and empty litter trays. Visits usually last for half an hour and we can do up to 3 a day.
Other Domestic Pet Visits
We look after other pets such as rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters and fish. We will come and feed them, clean out their cages and povide some company whilst you are away.
